Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Manual Therapy
Touch is one of the most primal Forms of Healing
Classical massages and manual therapies do not only affect the muscles. Tension is released, pain subsides, breathing deepens, and the body finds its way back to its natural balance. In my practice, I combine classical massage, trigger point therapy, foot reflexology, pregnancy massage, scar tissue integration, and naturopathic treatments - applied gently, purposefully, and tailored to your individual needs.
Classical Massage
Your shoulders are hunched up to your ears, and your neck feels as hard as stone. Classical massage releases bound fascia, loosens hardened muscles, and revitalizes your circulation. Through long strokes, kneading, and friction, every movement is precise. You can feel the tension dissipate as warmth spreads and your breath begins to flow. After the massage, you will feel lighter, more mobile, and more centered. Your body will thank you.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points are tiny contractions within the muscle that radiate significant pain - often causing headaches, back pain, or knee pain. Frequently, the root cause is located elsewhere than you might expect. Through targeted pressure on these points, I release the tension. While the process can be intense and may even cause brief discomfort, it is followed by immediate relief. The pain dissi-pates, mobility is restored, your body can finally breathe again.

Foot Reflexology
Every area of your foot is connected to an organ - liver, kidney, intestines, heart. Through targeted pressure on these reflex zones, I activate your body's self-healing powers. Your metabolism is stimulated, blockages are released, and organs are revitalized. You experience deep relaxation while your body clears away internal imbalances. Foot reflexology is both gentle and powerful - a blessing for body and soul.
Pregnancy Massage – Gentle Support for Expectant Mothers
Pregnancy is a miracle, but it is also a challenge for your body. The back aches, legs feel heavy, and sleep becomes restless. Pregnancy massage relieves these specific complaints - gently and safely for both you and your baby. In a comfortable side-lying position, I massage your back, shoulders, legs, and feet. Tension is released, water retention is gently reduced, and your breathing deepens.
Many expectant mothers report that they are finally able to sleep through the night again after a massage. They feel supported, and not just physically. Pregnancy massage is also emotional self-care - a moment where you can focus entirely on yourself and your child, free from external demands. This treatment is available from the second trimester until shortly before birth. Treat yourself to this time-out. You have earned it.
Scar Tissue Integration
Scars are more than just visible marks. They disrupt the flow of energy, cause fascia to adhere, and pull on surrounding structures. The result: pain, restricted mobility, chronic complaints located far from the scar itself. Using specialized massage techniques, scar mobilization, energetic methods, I release these adhesions. The tissue becomes supple again, and the flow of energy is restored. Your body breathes a sigh of relief, even years after an operation.

Cupping Massage
Cupping glasses create a vacuum on your skin. This may feel unusual at first, but is followed by a wonderful sensation. Blood circulation is significantly stimulated, bound fascia is released, and metabolic waste products are drained away. Cupping massage is particularly liberating for the back. The skin turns red, and occasionally bruising may occur. This is a normal reaction indicating that a blockage has been released. Cupping massage detoxifies, relaxes, and makes room for fresh energy.
Connective Tissue Massage
Connective tissue massage does not involve oil but rather direct skin-to-skin contact. Special stroking and stretching techniques applied to the back stimulate reflex zones that are directly linked to internal organs. You may feel a tingling sensation or sometimes a pulling feeling. This is a positive sign; it indicates that a blockage is being addressed. Connective tissue massage regulates vege-tative nervous system and promotes circulation as well as organ function. It is e.g. good for digestive issues or bladder problems.
Which Massage is Right for You?
Sometimes you know exactly what you need; sometimes you don't. That is perfectly fine. In a free introductory consultation, we will determine together which manual therapy best suits your specific situation.
Are you suffering from acute pain? Trigger point therapy can provide immediate relief. Do you feel exhausted and drained? A classical massage offers deep relaxation. Do you have chronic complaints for which no physician can find a cause? Foot reflexology or connective tissue massage can work wonders here because they address the body from entirely different perspectives. Are you pregnant? Pregnancy massage relieves typical discomforts gently and safely.
I often combine various techniques within a single treatment. Your body shows me what it needs, and I follow its cues. This results in a tailor-made therapy that truly fits you.
Massage meets Naturopathy
Massage on its own is wonderful. However, when combined with herbal medicine, spagyrics, or nutritional counseling, it unfolds its full potential. Tension often has deeper causes: stress, acidity, or emotional baggage. I do not just look at your back; I look at your entire system. With manual therapy, we release acute blockages. With naturopathy, we treat the root cause. This ensures that you heal sustainably, rather than just symptomatically.
