* Terms and conditions for all treatment packages:

• All treatments within a package must be used within the specified validity period.
• Treatment duration can be adjusted individually – if you choose longer sessions, the number reduces accordingly while your discount remains.
• Full payment of the package is due upon booking or before/at the first appointment.
• Insurance receipts can only be issued after treatments have been used, either individually after each session or collectively upon completion of all treatments.
• Service packages are personal and non-transferable.

Cancellations for individual appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a separate cancellation fee of CHF 100 will be charged, as I have kept the appointment free for you.
