* Terms and conditions for all treatment packages:
- All treatments within a package must be used within the specified validity period.
- Full payment of the package is due upon booking or before/at the first appointment.
- Insurance receipts can only be issued after treatments have been used, either individually after each session or collectively upon completion of all treatments.
- Service packages are personal and non-transferable.
Cancellations for individual appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of CHF 100 will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
