How does a Micronutrient Therapy work?

Everything begins with a detailed conversation. We discuss your complaints, your diet, your lifestyle, and possible stressors. Do you sleep poorly? Do you catch colds often? Do you feel exhausted even though you get enough sleep? Do you have cravings for specific foods? All of this provides me with clues. I utilize dark-field microscopy, iris diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, and pulse diagnosis to see how your body functions and reacts. Upon request, laboratory values can also be consulted to precisely identify deficiencies. Vitamin D, vitamin B12, iron, ferritin, magnesium, and zinc are particularly important. These values provide clear indications and show where urgent action is required.


On this basis, I create an individual micronutrient therapy. The nutrients are administered in the form of capsules, powders, or drops. Not only the selection is important, but also the dosage and combination. Some nutrients reinforce each other, while others inhibit absorption. Vitamin C improves iron absorption. Calcium should be taken separately from magnesium. Fat-soluble vitamins require a meal containing fat. I will explain exactly what you should take, when, and how.
